Tara M. Young

CIVIL LITIGATION, CONSTRUCTION LAW

Tara Young focuses her practice on civil litigation, encompassing areas such as contract disputes, real estate disputes, real estate licensing, construction, and matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Tara graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she was a member of the Idaho Law Review and served as a legal research and writing teaching assistant.

Following law school, Tara completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Candy W. Dale of the United States District Court for the District of Idaho. The experience provided her with meaningful insight into federal court procedure and strengthened the analytical foundation she brings to her litigation practice.

Tara joined the firm in May 2019 and was promoted to shareholder in 2023.

Outside the office, Tara enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young daughters, and their rescue dogs. A devoted Sun Devil, she can often be found cheering on Arizona State football and exploring the Valley’s culinary scene.
