Internet defamation victory featured in Wall Street Journal

Bradley Cohen's "historic legal case" ended with a $38.3 million jury verdict.

Last year we wrote to you with the good news of the $38.3 million jury verdict that Robert Mitchell and his team helped achieve for our client Bradley Cohen. (That case is described in some detail in our website article, The Perils of Internet Defamation.)

In the 12 months since its conclusion, the case has continued to reverberate nationally, culminating in last week's in-depth front-page Wall Street Journal article, One Man's Bid to Clear His Name Online: 4 Years, $3 Million and Some Dead Turtles.

The Wall Street Journal article did a great job of capturing the facts of the case and conveying the pain that was outrageously inflicted on our client. We hope you will enjoy reading it.
